HOSTAGE - part 2

So that we all know what is going on, Travis reveals his dastardly plan to Blake.
“I’ve been tricked,” moans Blake.
Why has it taken me so long to catch him? wonders Travis.

“The air is running out,” says Blake.
“How did you work that one out?” gasps Avon.

Travis tricks Vila into showing him how the teleport works.
He’s even thicker than Blake, thinks Travis.

The evil, nasty (and rather stupid) Molok beams to the Liberator
and captures Cally and Jenna, who unusually had been left on teleport duty.

“And don’t try any tricks,” says Molok as he prepares to beam down to the planet.
“Of course not,” say Cally and Jenna, sweetly.
“Oops,” they add. “Enjoy space.”

Inga uses her feminine charms to distract Travis while Ushton
frees the prisoners. And he calls me gullible, thinks Blake.

Look, it was late at night, we were all tired,
and people were starting to give us funny looks.

What’s Blake kissing that trollop for, thinks Jenna, without a hint of jealousy.




Avon tells Travis that Servalan is on her way. “Foiled again,” snarls Travis.
“I’ll get you for this, Blake.”




“Gotcha,” Servalan tells Travis. “But let’s pretend you’re dead and you can go and catch Blake, as long as you promise not to betray the Federation to an alien invading force.”
“I promise,” says Travis. She’s even more gullible than Blake, he thinks.
