I'm voting awesome. I think its by far and away the best thing RTD has done, and the best Torchwood episode by a long way - at last, the grown-up Dr Who...

I'm voting 'Awesome' with the reservation that I think killing off Ianto was a step too far in the shock stakes

Has no one else noticed that this was a retread of the ITV Quatermass with elements of A for Andromeda thrown in?

Never saw Andromeda, and I don't think it's lifting that much from Quatermass.

I thought it was brilliant. I was totally engrosed from day one. managed to connect with so many different emotions, I felt exhausted after watching it.

The best 5 hours of television I have seen for a while.
