Ace!

Though I think Jake and Mickey could have been fun too...

BBV attempted a K9/Romana spin off range but it only lasted for 2 CD's. They were quite good though.

I voted for Jamie. You could have an action adventure series where he successfully evades capture and manages to meet up with his friends who escaped to America. As a follow on they could have further adventures in the new world.

Leela stayed on Gallifree, though I think Big Finish have done some adventures where she teams up with Romana Mk2.

Perhaps Ian and Barbara's spin off could be Grange Hill: The Early Years, with Micheal Sheard as the Headmaster (Mr. Bronson snr, father of the character played by MS in Grange Hill!).

It would be interesting to have a Doctor-less episode focussed around one of the alien races. Perhaps a day inthe life of a Judoon officer! Or better still, a story told from the point of view of a Dalek or Cyberman,

Hmmm - wonder what Cybermen have for breakfast?

Sullivan, M.D. - Harry Sullivan suffers a leg injury during his battle with the Zygons and moves onto work at a hospital where he uses his cranky, cynical and old fashioned attitude to diagnose patients with weird alien diseases whilst his colleagues try to put up with his unorthodox behaviour.

Grace Holloway's Darkplace - Doctor Grace Holloway must combat a medium sized Hellmouth beneath Darkplace Hospital in San Francisco whilst dealing with the burden of day-to-day admin.

The Girl from U.N.I.T. - The United Nations Intelligence Taskforce's top agents - Liz Shaw and Jo Grant - must defend Earth from the villianous extraterstial organisation called the C.I.A.
