I just felt like a second look at 'The Chase' and have watched one episode. It's a good story. I love Barbara calling the doctors contraption 'a time TV' and the landscapes in episode one give it a very alien feel. |

I have a big soft spot for the Mechanoids. Great, if rather impractical design and terrific voices. I like their city as well. _________________ Everything in life is only for now. |

THE TIME WARRIOR , better with the new CGI - Linx`s space ship looks good hurtling to Earth and the Pertwee lamp scanner thing looks good too with its blue beams! _________________ Class of `82 |

First look at 'The Sontaran Experiment', and
'Genesis Of The Daleks' where the indecisive Doctor was good and ...

Doctor Who Confidentials 'New New Doctor' and 'Fear Factor' from the new series 2 DVD extras (there's one linked to each episode, so thirteen). _________________ Last Watched: Seek, Locate and Destroy 30th Sep 2020 |

Yeah , bought that in a reduced price box set - some of the extras are good on it especially the studio recordings and personally I think the first episode is quite interesting - similar in feel to THE FACELESS ONES! _________________ Class of `82 |

Yes, I like the modern day feel to the first episode. It's good having the Doctor fling himself into an adventure after having been overtaken by events in Earthshock.
I quite like the idea of the Zeraphin, even if the execution doesn't come off. _________________ Everything in life is only for now. |

The four main characters and great and determine so much of what's to come in that very first episode. _________________ Last Watched: Seek, Locate and Destroy 30th Sep 2020 |

the extended orig pilot is amazing , I dont think DW has ever captured that magic from the very first episode at any other time in the series history - its what makes the 60`s DW so special for me! _________________ Class of `82 |
