Another great episode epecially for Avon and Vila.
Egorian and Pinder were a hoot.
Avon should not have trusted Egorian's shuttle, he knew Egorian was going to double cross him.
How old is Tarrant supposed to be?
Egorian was in hiding for 20 years.
If Tarrant was at the Space Academy not long after Egorian left, that must make Tarrant at least 38.

Tarrant was supposed to be older than Steven Pacey was at the time. Hence why he was asked to lower his voice
Thats why in the radio plays, he dosen't really sound like Tarrant because he dosen't put on his voice anymore |

's voice may have matured with age but, still doesn't make him anymore likeable, does it?

Tarrant had his good moments when he was frist introduced in Powerplay.
He showed a cunning character even fooling Avon for a while.
His character ended up being the sqeaky clean hero, which is ok but not how he started out.
And one of my favourite other Avon/Vila episodes is Gambit. |

Tarrant was a worthy adversary for Avon when he first arrived, right up until the end of Series 3. I think it was when Avon pointed the gun at Tarrant in TERMINAL, when Tarrant really knew that he just couldn't win against Avon, so he just stopped trying. |

He made a very wise choice in letting Avon have his way and, knew when he was up against someone much better than himself. He only though of himself and, that meant he was rash more often than not.
In the end, he just turned into a, weak, love-struck sheep! Not the reasonable strong character he started out to be. |

I Think Tarrant Is The Most Schizophrenic Character In All of TV...
In Powerplay He Is More Then A Match For Avon, He Completely Outwits Him & I Can't Believe Avon Gave Him Control of The Liberator.
In Volcano He Seems A Loyal Sheep, Acting As If He Wants too Be A Revolutionist
In Dawn of The Gods, He Seems Like Happy Member of The Crew, Like He Had Been With Them Forever
In Haverst of Kairos He Seems too Have Become This Leader Who Is Feared By Servelan Even Though On Screen They Had Only Met On Volcano, Which I Don't Recall Them Meeting Personally Anyway.
In City He Becomes A Bully, & It Seems The Crew Are Just Putting Up With Him Cause No One Can Be Bothered too Get Rid of Him
In Children He Seems too be Cally's Best Friend, Helping Her Get too Auron
In Rumours He's Now An Avon Fan Helping Him Track Down Bartomulew (Or However You Spell It)
This Is So Many Different Personalites, And He Continues too Change Every Episode |

It was proberley all acting so from one minit he's Avon's best friend to his enemy is proberley because he knows Avon can beat him. But he dosn't want a personality for Avon to take advantage of. _________________ "No matter where you are... everyone is always connected." Lain Iwakura |
