Bet you all can't guess how I voted!

Is it too much to ask not to accept a cobbled together sequence of set pieces rather than a coherent story with a beginning, middle and end. That Dalek sequence was so corny - I couldn't believe it!

If you've got no ideas stick in a flying Dalek, if Blakescrewe likes that scene so much - just wait till the forthcoming special - THE FLYING DALEKS RETURN!!!

I've not voted because they're doesn't appear to be a button for so-so. I thought it started well but it went down hill when the Doctor decided he'd try and save the crew. Then the silly captain goes and shoots herself. What was all that about?

I agree, Richard. It ended up as utter twaddle.

What was that whole Time Lord Victorious rubbish?

Why didn't we get a reappearance from the Reapers as in Father's Day? RTD has just lost the plot.

The results here speak for themselves - 6 votes and 5 positives so i`d say most like it based on that percentage!

Anyway it's a rigged poll - how can you give people the option of Very Poor and 3 stages of Good.

If this is the direction Dr Who will go in then I'll be one less viewer, the programme's become far too "up itself" and DT is becoming irritating. Can't wait for him to leave, wish he'd gone at the end of last season.

DT has two stories left DC but if you are expecting major changes under Moffatt then you`ll be in for a big surprise, the formula we have now has been successful and I expect it to continue with Matt Smith as the Doctor, forget about it going back to long drawn out episodic format for weeks on end because that will never happen again, TV has moved on and changed totally since the 70s, there are aspects of the new stuff I dont like particularly the romance nonsense etc but i`ve come to accept the new look and embraced it - through gritted teeth at times but overall I enjoy it more than I dislike it!

Since when did I suggest I wanted a long-winded episodic format series? I'm quite happy with the current format of the show - even though a certain Mr Blakescrewe has critiscised this aspect of new Who in the past. There is a difference between an updated format and a terrible story.

Planet of the Dead was very average.
Waters of Mars was a promising idea but very poorly executed.
The clip from the Christmas Special on Children in Need did not exactly inspire confidence.

I agree that the current format will remain but Stephen Moffatt has proven to be a greater story-teller - that's what I want to see in the new series. Good, gripping, exciting Dr Who stories.

i beleive what it really lacked was time to tell the story the more i think of it the more i think it was a waste of a good idea and good acting

Glad I didn't bother to wait for it to come on; instead I watched "Mastermind" on BBC2!

(The other reason I didn't bother was that past experience of Children in Need, Comic Relief etc is that these things dont often run to the supposed schedule)

Good. The idea of when you were safe, depending on doors, was a good one, but some of the people on Mars just didn't seem to be quite natural enough in their situation; like the female Captain.
