A little bit more done, I am working on the keys and have made the slots where they go. Sound system is under construction too (so that they will play that annoying buzz when the key is inserted).

Thanks for the link, I am, however, the proud owner of a secondhand copy of "Sci-Fi Sound Effects", so should be able to accurately reproduce the sound of a fly trapped in double glazing!

Coming along nicely there Kev

So Kev, compared to your orignal model many moons ago, are these, taking the same length of time build, or taking longer, or is it more difficult to get your hands on the parts you need?

Any idea what your next model project is, or is it way too early to say!

My first Orac took 9 months, these two haven't taken 3 yet! It wasn't as hard to get the parts as I'd thought, thanks to ebay.

I've got a couple of props to make for the Hyde Fundraisers and after that I was thinking of upgrading Nomad, new electronics etc. However, I do have a B7 project that I'm contemplating, but I'm not saying yet!

Hopefully you also have that specially recorded, unique dialogue from Mr Tuddenham himself?

Or did it go in the great purge!

Orac's are looking fab.

You know, I'd forgotten all about that, he did record something for my previous Orac, but it has not survived.

Glad you like the way they're coming

Almost everything went in that purge, but oddly, I still have that t-shirt you had made for me about losing the Teal-Vandor convention!

That's a shame, ah well, onwards and upwards!

So new project, you can't say what it is, hmmmmm, any clues?

Will a couple of giant squirrel baffles be required?

LOL.
