The High Chaparral - Big John, Victoria, Blue - can't remember the other names but I can picture them.

Not really a western but Casey Jones "at the throttle of the Canonball express" was good too.

Don't like westerns at all, which I gues makes it quite odd that I like B7 so much.

I was never a fan of TV Westerns - I like the Spaghetti westerns and movies like the Magnificent Seven and a few others - I did watch ones like Champion the Wonder Horse and the Lone Ranger (mainly because there was nothing better on the other side).

Deadwood, by a mile. All that lovely sex, violence and swearing brightens up a cowboy show no end. Loved the way that Mr Wu feeds all the bodies to his pigs, and also wondrous to hear Lovejoy shouting obscenities all the time. He and E.B. Farnum had a sort of Avon/Vila relationship, with the sheriff taking on the role of Blake. Excellent stuff.

Wanted: Dead Or Alive, easy.

Or maybe "Living In Harmony"

I don't care for TV westerns either, way too cut and dry.

As such, out of these, I'd go with Deadwood.

"Howdy Ma`am, i`m new in these here parts, perhaps you could show me around and maybe accompany me to the dance later? much appreciated ma`am! "

Just practising my speech if I ever get to the States!

Make sure you wear a 10-gallon hat and a pair of six shooters as well, especially if you go to Massachusetts.

Old joke:

Texan walking around Cambridge, MA asks random person "Howdy, could y'all tell me where Harvard Yard is at?'

Random person says "My good man, here in Cambridge we don't end our sentences with contractions."

Texan responds "Okay, then couldja tell me where Harvard Yard is at, a**hole?"

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Branded starring Chuck Conners. I use to like watching this
