When I boil potatoes I always boil up more than I need, so that next time I have a fry up I can do shallow fried potatoes. I think they are my absolute favourite.

As far as potato crisps are conerned, my fasvourite brand are Tyrells, which are made in Herefordshire by a potato farmer. On their packets they even tell you what sort of potato their crisps are made from. The packet I had to-day were made from "Lady Rosetta" spuds!

Shallow fried? Is that like sauté potatoes? Those are a great way of recycling leftover potatoes, and go really well with an omelette Tasty
