Which episode has the most of these?

I was watching Mission to Destiny the other day, an enjoyable yarn imhop, but could not believe how many errors there are in this story.

When Blake turns of the ventilators on the flight deck one of the knobs fall off.

When Cally first finds the homing device under Sara's bed you can clearly see the top of the it has come off and Cally puts it back together again

How come Sara can get the isotobe from the head guys room when only a few mins before he was telling Blake he is the only one on the ship who has access to it.

Why did the Destiny crew not have at least one of their number go with Blake when he takes the isotobe.

How come Cally does not see the body of the dead guy on top of the storage cabinets before it falls off when they are clearly at eye level

How did Sara get the body of the dead crew member on top of the cabinets to begin with

Why did she bother doing that anyway? The crew were sleeping due to the sonar vapour and she went to the effort of launching a life capsule. If she was strong enough to get the body on top of the cabnet then she could get the body to where the escape capsules were. Blakes or Avon says something about "dragging the body all the way across the ship (Ortega) unseen". Well as I said the crew were out of it anyway.

And Blake putting the explosive charges on the hatch so that the Ortega blew up at the end seemed a bit out of character to me.

I am sure there must have been others but that is all I can think of right now.

Whooa , pickeey! Counting continuity errors in something as low budjet as B7 is like ..well counting pebbles on a beach. Pointless and time-comsumeing. One thing though did strike me as wrong was when I first sore (sic) it was in the Space-Rats episode. Orac tells the crew to stop wasteing his time deduceing to apparent unexplained destruction of a Space-ship closeing on them. "The innn-formation" (as ORAC would pronounce it) "is THERE on the 27,000 frames per second film for anyone to see, now please allow me to continue doing..." ...wat ever it was he was doing, (I cant remember what it was he was doing, but, I digress). Anyhow after many hours of viewing each frame by frame shot, Villa sees a small space-ship in the bottom corner of only one frame, ( which turns out be a S'-R' "Rat-Rod"). My point is, precedeing the pivotal SR frame, the explosion is MUCH MUCH Smaller than the shot with the S'R' Rat-Rod in it. At 27,000 p s, the size of the explosion should not have been measurably differant! " one 27,000th of a % only . A small point I know, but you asked.....
Your point about the Destiny crew is not an error as such. They were just too stupid/trusting, to think of escorting this thesauras. Besides "They" had Blake's, ( a wanted Criminal no less), Word that he would go straight to planet Destiny, not pass Go, etc. Thats good enough for me and was good enough for them! (stupid giots !)... Blake and Co did leave Avon and Cally abhored the freighter too!

I think Rescue has a fair number of continuity errors. Firstly the fact that the planet is different shape from that seen in Terminal, secondly there is snow everywhere where there wasn't a flake before, thirdly Villa is wearing a totally different costume (and had a haircut!), and lastly Dana, Tarrant and Villa have all acquired a pair of gloves from somewhere. There are probably others, but these are the ones that have always bugged me.

Most of what was mentioned, with the exception of R M Evans, would be considered plot holes and just plain old bad writing rather than continuity errors.I think all series from that era suffered from loose writing in order to cram everything into one episode.

yehh,,, your probably right there! But it's more just lack of common sense that annoys me more. Writers of Sci-Fic' should have a grasp of Junior-high Physiics !
Knobs falling off? I actually like to see stuff ups like that.
In the Red Dwarf episode Gaspachio Soup, Lister, after assureing that he would never mention Gasp' Soup day again! EVER! Says SUPER to Rimmers suggestion of a drink! If you ever see the out-takes , Craig David and Danny John-Jules fall about in fits of Laughter. This was a great bit of Improv that was not written into the script.
