OK, how do I put post images in my reply?

When you are making your reply, there is a button labelled Img. Click the button, post the link to your picture, then click the Img button again, which should now have an asterisk on it.

The other buttons work in a similar way, but for different functions of course. There is a test section on the forum, so just pop down there and try some stuff out.

Oh yeah, and good to see you on the forum! Wave

Good to see you Afro mate, I'll give it a whirl,

Does the image have to be on a website? Or can I insert an image from my hard drive?

The image has to be on a website. You can upload from your harddrive to a site like photobucket and then link your post to there.

OK, think I've sorted it out now.

This is my friend the alpaca, he has some dental issues!

Alien had to one of the best sci fi movies to ever come out.

The cylon raider, another favourite.

Ok hopefully that worked. Let me know what you think.

Cheers,

Rocks

That's all in order, Rocks.

You should be well on your way to forum servitude, but first, there is the question of that degrading and primitive act to which I was subjected in the chat room...

So, let me get this right, there are a lot more people who contribute to the discussion forum than I ever see in the chatroom, although as I'm in the Southern Hemisphere there might be a time window when I miss everone else. Do some people go by different names in the chatroom versus forum? That would be confusing! Right I'm off to pick up a heavy concrete roller.

Hi Rocks and welcome!

I think the names of the current registered users are to be found at the bottom of the 'Blakes 7 Discussion Forum Index' page, if that helps!

well.....I have been known to be trapped in the chat room all night......
......especially if Futs...has used a tractor beam to put me in there....then he disables
the teleport and you cant get out..until he needs a cup of tea or a curry....whichever one is required first......

but I haven't been in there of late, as christmas is the busy time of year for my
place of work..So I have been doing a lot of overtime and my mums been very
ill, add that to the usual domestic mayham...and that leaves almost Zero time for chat room shananagans... Crying Smiley Crying Smiley
Which are, as you must know...
a blazing spark of entertainment and umm fun... .

..So in answer to your earlier question......Yes.... Yes Smiley Yes Smiley

Yes, Rocks, the forum sees a lot more traffic and more wide-ranging discussion.

On the other hand, the chatroom is for total saddoes Yes Smiley
