I’m glad ‘The Sevenfold Crown’ and ‘The Syndeton Experiment’ Radio 4 serials were made as it gives us two more stories to the fifty-two TV episodes. Of course, by it’s very nature, the Radio version is a little different from the TV one; there can’t be many silences so it feels a little pacier and a lot of humour gets slotted in. It’s great just to hear the familiar voices and leave the rest to the imagination. In an interview Peter Tuddenham once said that he hoped they might make some more. I vote yes, and if it does happen I hope many of the original cast are once again involved.

I said no, then thought I'd like to hear a radio version of Paul Darrow's unproduced script. & Then maybe they could dig up some of the other unproduced scripts from back in the day. Might be worth hearing?

Yes - but I'd rather they were made by BBCi, Magic Bullet or Big Finish.

I think we'd be very lucky if that happened!

The Sevenfold Crown and The Syndeton Experiment were broadcast on the 19th Jan and 19th Dec 1998 twenty years after the start of Blakes 7. Further Radio Adventures (and there's BBC 7 now too) would be one way to mark the 30th anniversary.

Why? if PD`S script was`nt good enough for SEASON 4 why dig it up for radio?

How about something along the lines of the Doctor Who webcasts? A soundtrack featuring original cast members but with accompanying animation? I'd love to heara B7 adventure on the scale of Death Comes To Time with visuals like those for the animated Invasion eps.

strange script
Paul Darrow seemed not on the same page as the fans when he wrote Avon Iron Man script...
Maybe if redone and rewritten as a radio drama might have some potential

At least they wouldn't ruin it, they are fans of sci fi and would treat it with respect

Paul's script wasn't used because he was told "you're an actor not a writer"
I've seen it acted out many times and it could be a good story if made by the right people
