I agree with BC, it's pretty much Davies baby. It wouldn't be back at all if it were not for his enormous success. & Whether you like the series or not, it's success can only be a good thing in terms of classic dvd releases. The more interest in the series, the more they will want to capitalise on it by releasing Trial of a Timelord on dvd... |
and my god, what a beautiful story it is.
i spent so long finding 'the right price' to buy the vhs at. |
Yeah, Trial rocks - especially Mindwarp. Always thought Drathro was one of the best robots in Who. _________________ Everything in life is only for now. |

Well, my brain was recently transplanted into a green slug. I'm a bit disorientated!! And those plant men in the window box are whispering to each other... _________________ Everything in life is only for now. |

Where she went, Sigourney followed!!
NERD FACT!!

Look closely at the specimen the Doctor picks up in Crozier's lab - its definetly a chestburster from Alien! Any doubt is removed by the fact that when Yrcanos is smashing up the lab, he avoids damaging that prop! _________________ Everything in life is only for now. |

It's not surprising really, various props from Aliens turn up in BBC productions, from Red Dwarf (the floors) to French & Saunders (the guns)
I reckon they bought it all cheap |

Peri's bald departure is the worst companion exit ever, IMHO, and I'm not all that wild about Peri.
My second-hand Trial of a Time Lord had teh right price, but smells suspiciously of a moldy basement. I've ben afraid to watch it too many times, lest it wreck what's left of my VCR. _________________ "Well, they say it's a theoretical absurdity..." |
