Perhaps the delay is because they are having problems with the model liberator ?
That's what I was thinking, free gifts like that always, always cause distribution problems. For a start it's bulkiness would half the amount you could fit on a truck to send to shops! & so fourth..

I couldn't find out anything about the delay, although my orderr still says available from 4th Oct. I have an original Liberator model, so it doesn't matter to me which one I get.

Same here, I just want the DVD's!

I hear with season 3 you get the ping pong ball firing federation rifle! That's bad news for shelf fillers everywhere!

How strange. They've either forgotten to change the date for the "collectors edition" (so that's what it was - a model Liberator. Probably a naff one) - or it's a cynical attempt to get folks to shell out the extra for the posh version. Thanks, but no thanks.

I'm not feeling that generous. Specially after finding the video nasty in Seek-Locate-Destroy. Heck they got the damn videos right - there were duplication errors on those, but none as bad as this.

If the free model is anything like the Corgi Liberator which was fab - than the gift won't be naff.
I doubt that this delay has anything to do wth the freebie - more likely to be down to more internal wranglings between the BBC and our fave people : B7E - especially if the rumours of including Kevin's 'Making Of' behind the backs of Sewell and co turn out to be true.

Yeah I will. I'll just be getting back to the busness of destroying the Death star with luke skywalker's X-Wing.

Amazon have Jan 2005 as well. I have seen screen shots of the menu on the PDFs downloaded from Dysfunction Group's website. The last time I spoke to mark Spencer he informed me that ALL the mastering was completed for all the series, so it's just a manufacturing thing... and I wanted mine in time for Chrimbo, oh well!
