In case anyone missed it before the website went down, the Gold Wobblevision is up:
Quote: |
Our crew learn all that glitters is probably foil-wrapped chocolate in the latest, sweetest episode of Wobblevision, brought to you by an international cast on location Star One at the Moat House, Bedford!
Stare at the extras in the background in search of yer actual Paul Darrow!
Gasp as Soolin changes her shirt and takes out two guards in a single shot!
Discover whether anyone is ever pleased to see an overweight choc-guzzling Purser!
Marvel at the verisimilitude of our recreation of the famous "bum shot"!
Ogle at Avon's new Tshirt! |
You can find it at: http://www.blakes-7.co.uk/wobblevision/gold/gold.shtml _________________ Louise and Simon's Blakes7 Fan Site

Welcome CACHE!!
These are usually put together by our very own Steve Rogerson. I'm sure you'll encounter him in these pages. _________________ "Blak" sheep of the B7 forum family! |

Personally i think they are naff!
The ones done with lego and models are good, because some effort has gone into them, and they look kinda funky, whereas the others are just pics of some random people screwing about |

Actually a cast of thousands. The original lego ones were done by a fan who goes by the name Emma Peel. Then at Nexus a few years ago, she decided to do a live action one using people at the convention. Since then, it has become almost a tradition that where b7 fans gather there will be a wobblevision. Most of the recent ones have used real people, though two recent ones - Keeper and Headhunter - went back to lego and toys. We are now over half way. The plan is to leave Blake till last. Normally the episodes are drawn randomly, but sometimes the location suggests an episode. So, for example, the London Beer & B7 planned summer picnic at Wookey Hole will probably do Project Avalon, as that is where a lot of the original was shot. _________________ --

I'd have to agree with you to a point there! Live action ones are great fun to do, but a lot less interesting to view afterwards unless you took part.
Perhaps I'll try and talk Emma into doing remakes of some of the live action ones... |

Better still, get Emma to do a couple of the ones we haven't done yet. But not Project Avalon or Blake, for obvious reason, and not City, which is in post production. _________________ --
