Zen is the Poster-Boy for Blakes 7!!!
I think most forums (fora??) have far more readers than posters, and it is nice to know that people bother to read what you've written (or in my case, usually, look at what I've posted), so it doesn't necessarily mean that things are on the slide. It is ,to a certain extent, amazing that a forum can remain active daily for a show that ended in 1981.
Must stop typing now, don't want to knock Zen off the top slot! |

I can't really vote on this one because I've not been here long enough so see the difference. Put it this way, compared to several sites I belong to this board is a hive of activity.
Yes it could do with a few more people posting rther than just reading, but not everyone is comfortable putting their views down.
To be honest I'd rather have just a few core people posting and being honest about their pov of the show and having fun than a bunch of spammer who are just turning up to cause problems on the board and just be rude and offensive. _________________

It can be slow some days but new blood arrives from time to time, see Mary Lou Jensen she has been a great addition to the site. I love seeing how Kevin is getting on with his model work and the daily quiz is great fun so top marks to Zen for keeping that going.
I think we should all just do our thing and not let the pressure of keeping the site at a certain active level or feeling the need to post just for the sake of it. |

Well, believe it or not Kev, but your Workbench thread is fast approaching my Quiz in the "most viewed" section of the Statistics . Which is not bad going at all given the length of time you've been posting images on your workbench. Says a great deal about the interest shown in your model makings _________________ Wisdom must be gathered, it can not be given

Maybe she thought plane wings do just that like a flying bird _________________ Wisdom must be gathered, it can not be given

I always used way too much glue on my airfix models as a kid. The wings did not fall off but the glue added an extra non aerodynamic aspect to the design. |

Having said that! On my first ever trip on a plane , I was looking outta the window, has one does, less confined feeling! - and I saw the wings "flapping" about _________________ Wisdom must be gathered, it can not be given

I've been wandering around other boards, different shows and all that and I've made an interesting discovery. The boards with the most activity are dominated by women and the boards with the least activity is dominated by men.
And this is true of sites for older shows as well as more recent ones.
Maybe we need more women on here...................... _________________
