I'm afraid it won't happen with Nomad sadly, Vic Perrin, who provided the voice in "Trek" died in 1989, I think. I will use sound files from the episode though.

I have put together the wooden core of the main body of Nomad. I will need to glaze the rest of the windows before cladding this section in metal sheeting

Nomad now has some aluminium sheeting on his sides. The lighting that goes inside is of two sorts, flickering and voice activated, the 22nd century butty box contains bright, flashing LEDs

Thanks, I have a spare room that already is a space museum, I'd better not even suggest the rest of the house, or I'll be in real trouble

I've put the rest of the metal on the sides of the main body and am reconditioning and improving (hopefully) the base I made for my original about 20 years ago

Actually, it's not heavy, the body is plywood and aluminium and the base is plastic, so there isn't much weight to it. Having said that, the original prop was hung from wires to simulate it hovering and I ain't going to be doing that!

I have completed construction of Nomad's base. This piece of 22nd Century technology, capable of destroying whole planets and outpacing a starship is made from a plant pot holder, a child's plastic plate, a mixing bowl and a biscuit tin The engines cannae take the strain!
