Yep, "Wow" my sentiments exactly. Yes Smiley Kevin hasn't lost his model making touch, if anything, he's improved them even more.

Those things in the ring look like little bulb holders with contacts on the back...?

Blimey, did he heat that perspex and bend it into a ring? Must take a while to get it an even shape, and drill all those holes in it neatly like that

Kevin's reply " Yep, they are bulb holders"

Kevin's reply " That is exactly how I made the rings. Got my fingers burnt literally"

Thats something Kevin would need to have done as well Yes Smiley

Looks like they are coming along nicely there Kev. Yes Smiley When do you think they would be complete by?

It is hard to say. The bulk of the casing and contents are done. Still need the key and the key slot. What is going to take an unknown length of time (because I don't know how to do it!) are the circuits to drive the ring lights and the sound system. Hopefully not as long as Ensor took.

Well, if your 1st Orac was anything to go by you'll manage it Yes Smiley

So Kev, of all the models you've made over the years, which is your favourite?

Difficult one to answer that, if we are talking scale replicas, probably Skydiver but as for the full size ones, I'm not sure, Federation gun and K9 are in there somewhere, as is Polyphase Avatron (my avatar).

Uh Oh, there goes the national grid!

Amazing Orac builds, Ensor would have been proud!

Good to see you tackling B7 once more Kevin, and doing it proud.
