The crew travel to Aristo to deliver medical supplies to Ensor, inventor of Orac. Whilst rescuing Jenna from the primitives on Cephlon the crew have developed radiation sickness and are hoping that Ensor will be able to supply them with drugs in return. Blake and Cally, uneffected by the sickness teleport down where they meet Ensor and discover Orac. Travis and Servalan arrive on Aristo in search of claiming Orac for themselves. Blake and Cally are ambushed by Travis, but Avon arrives just in time to save them. With Ensor dying from heart failure, the Liberator crew claim Orac and begin to investigate its powers by asking it for a prediction. Orac obeys by projecting an image of the Liberator being destroyed - much to the horror of the crew ...
